Enterprise Advisory

We work with charities, social enterprises and Community Interest Companies to scale their existing activities and expand their impact.

Our Enterprise and Investor Advisory team provides advisory and capital raising services to social enterprises and socially motivated investors. We work with social enterprises and charities to help them become investment ready, and to structure and raise debt and equity capital (typically £1-£20m, but we have pipeline transactions up to and in excess of £50m, across loans, bonds, equity and hybrid instruments). We also raise capital for impact investment funds and advise institutions and individuals looking to grow their impact investment portfolios.

We are a leading provider for:

The Advanced route is also available to organisations that need help securing a contract. Grants of between £50,000 and £150,000 are available.

VCSE organisations can start their application to Big Potential Advanced by completing the eligibility check now.

Big Potential Breakthrough

The programme aims to raise awareness of the social investment market and support VCSEs who want to prepare themselves for social investment or winning contracts. VCSE organisations based in England who are thinking about taking on social investment and have the ambition to raise up to £500,000 of repayable investment can apply to the Breakthrough route. Why not check if your organisation is eligible to apply for a Big Potential grant. Eligible VCSE organisations will be able to access specialist one to one support from the Big Potential programme partners before making an application for grants between £20,000 and £75,000 to undertake more in-depth investment readiness work with one of Big Potential’s approved providers.
