Decent, secure housing is at the core of every individual’s well-being. However this goal is often allusive for the elderly, vulnerable and disadvantaged.
Our housing team partners with different providers to increase and improve the provision of housing for these groups in the UK. We offer structuring and corporate finance advice to housing associations and local authorities. We also work with institutional investors to increase investment into the sector.

How can we help you?
We partner with social organisations, such as disability and elderly charities to design, model and develop property schemes, such as specialist schools, care centres and retirement homes.
As the number of homeless families rises, we work with local authorities to help meet these housing needs. We offer corporate finance support for councils looking to build a housing portfolio (please see our work with Enfield and the Department of Communities and Local government). We design schemes for rough sleepers and homeless families. We are a provider for the Government’s Fair Chance Fund which will fund Social Impact Bonds for homeless youth.
We work with housing providers and institutional investors to increase the number of affordable rental properties for low-mid income families. We provide business plan development, analysis and modelling for new build and renewal schemes.
