Desperate to explore the opportunities that such a bond would present for developing our social enterprise. Also the bond is consistent with current professional studies in International Treasury Management - keen to develop new access to public sector reserves via bonds. Finally currently planning a financial company to support social enterprises to use mainstream finaince products.
