Home > What we do > Advising charities and social enterprises

We provide advisory services to social enterprises, charities and socially motivated investors, helping them become investment ready. Our projects span across a range of sectors including community energy, unemployment, housing and criminal justice, amongst others. Our work includes:

  • Supporting senior management to articulate the strategic vision or social mission

  • Development of coherent business plan, revenue model and different revenue streams

  • Development of an integrated financial and operational model which forms part of the Management Information used by the venture to run their business

  • Creation of performance enhancing business tools & dashboards with key finance/operational metrics

  • Development of impact framework and a set of impact metrics to assess performance

We also help investors to understand the full range of the impact investment market and to integrate appropriate assets into their portfolios. These services include designing investment products to meet specific investor requirements and assisting investors with developing frameworks to track social returns, establishing the degree to which these impact financial returns and benchmark results against targets.
