Biography

Charlotte joined Social Finance in April 2015 and is a Manager in the international development team.

Charlotte manages projects focused on bringing different stakeholders together and aligning their interests to better tackle a complex social problem.

She is currently managing Social Finance’s project supporting the Ministry of Education in Liberia, which focuses on working with a broad range of donors, philanthropists, government officials and school operators.

She has also worked on the design and structuring of Development Impact Bonds (DIBs) and supported a number of social enterprises to grow their businesses and raise investment through development of a financial model and provision of strategic advice.  

Charlotte previously worked in management consulting, specialising on advising international governments and corporates on their energy policy, and was in the Private Sector Team at the Asian Development Bank.

Charlotte holds a BSc in Economics from LSE and an MBA from the London Business School.
