Biography

David is an Associate Director at Social Finance.  He joined in May 2017 to support our advisory work on public service reform and devolution. David has worked across the civil service, on Violence Against Women and Girls in the Home Office and a wide variety of roles within HM Treasury, the Prime Ministers Delivery Unit and the Department for Communities and Local Government.  He was previously a founder member of the Public Service Transformation Network – a cross-Whitehall unit that partnered with local government, communities and the wider public sector to prototype better services for less - and one of the original secondees to the work on Community Budgets, taking a leading role on the criminal justice work.  David has extensive experience of working with PCCs, service chiefs, local government and service providers on place based  reform.
