Marie-Alphie joined Social Finance in 2015. She currently works on the enterprise advisory team where she supports social enterprises and charities to sustainably grow their social impact.
Since joining Social Finance, Marie-Alphie has worked across a range of different social issue areas, from social isolation to financial inclusion, dementia and learning disabilities.
With the Health and Social Care and Digital Labs teams, she has worked on SIB feasibility studies and performance management, social services redesign and data diagnostics.
Prior to Social Finance, Marie-Alphie spent 6 months working as a Social Investment Analyst for BNP Paribas where she implemented a social performance evaluation method and produced a social performance report of the portfolio. She has also worked in Microfinance in Paris and Tbilisi and spent a year in the Philippines volunteering with the NGO Gawad Kalinga helping grow social ventures.
Marie-Alphie holds a MA in Business from NEOMA Business School in Rouen and Seoul National University, after having studied in preparatory classes for postgraduate schools at Lycée Thiers in Marseille.
