Marta is leading Social Finance’s work in Latin America, with a focus on Mexico, Brazil and Chile, and contributes more broadly to our international practice. Marta brings a hybrid set of skills to Social Finance, with extensive private sector experience in strategy consulting (Boston Consulting Group) and commercial banking (Capital One Bank), and deep expertise supporting the growth, sustainability and impact-creation capabilities of non-profit organisations (UnLtd, The Bridgespan Group, Leaders’ Quest Foundation, Population Services International). Marta is a Spanish national, though her career spans several countries and cultures, and is motivated by achieving tangible impact for beneficiaries. She has a BA in Economics and Business Administration from UAM (Spain) and an MBA from Stanford University. Marta is a Trustee of FPA, a UK-based sexual health charity.
