Biography

Rachelle is an Associate at Social Finance and is currently leading our performance management and analytical work on Rewriting Futures and Your Chance, two of the Fair Chance Fund SIBs, a £15m outcomes fund established by DCLG to improve the life chances of young people who are homeless and NEET by supporting them into accommodation, employment and training.

Rachelle previously worked on the performance management during the final year of delivery and project closure for two of the SIBs awarded as part of the DWP Innovation Fund. Rachelle is also currently working within the Impact Incubator team on a project to improve the equity of mental health for black communities in Lambeth (‘Black Thrive’) as well as working more broadly on projects within Housing and Homelessness. Rachelle holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Nottingham.
