Emma joined Social Finance in 2019 and leads our work with care experienced young people. Prior to joining Social Finance Emma was Head of Client Engagement at FutureGov, the leading digital design agency for public services. Over a 4 year period Emma led their digital transformation work in Children’s Services including developing the What Works Centre for Children’s Social Care for DFE with Nesta and SCIE. She also led the discovery process for FamilyStory - a programme of work with a number of London boroughs to redesign the technology stack that supports children’s social care teams.

Before joining FutureGov Emma worked as an Associate for Koreo,  a social impact organisation where she successfully scaled the CharityWorks graduate development programme with the Cabinet Office. Emma has worked on a range of large scale transformation programmes across the public sector as well as setting up her own consultancy business advising charities, NGOs and female only prisons on a range of organisational design and leadership challenges.

Emma has a BA in Politics and History from Nottingham University.
