Jack joined Social Finance in 2016. At Social Finance, he works across both domestic and international teams, and has advised the World Bank on the design of their first impact bond, worked on multiple projects that help people with health problems into employment, and been involved in raising social investment to tackle financial exclusion and the poverty premium in the UK. Prior to Social Finance, Jack worked in management consulting in Ernst & Young’s strategy consulting practice, and also worked in Ernst & Young’s social enterprise consulting team, as part of which he led a successful project to scale up a large Ethiopian social enterprise. Jack holds a first-class degree in Modern Languages and Linguistics from Oxford University.
