Maria DeBianci

Maria is a Specialist in our End of Life Care Team, but is also from time to time drawn onto other Social Finance projects as a specialist advisor. 

She is a qualified Chartered Accountant (FCA — ICAEW) and joined Social Finance in August 2020 after a career which included 20 years working at the Board level in commerce and industry (IT, Telco, Consulting, Financial Services); following which she spent 10 years at Finance Director level working for both commissioners and providers across the NHS in England.

Maria reinforces the Social Finance team by providing a wealth of technical finance, contracts and commercial experience. In addition to this Maria plays an active role in the development and mentoring of Social Finance teams at both a technical and sector level; ensuring that our teams can take on board her experience of a range of matters ranging from the workings of the NHS through to contract negotiating and financial case building.
