Marta Garcia

Marta brings a hybrid set of skills to Social Finance, with extensive private sector experience in strategy consulting (Boston Consulting Group) and commercial banking (Capital One Bank), and a long track record supporting the growth, sustainability and impact-creation capabilities of non-profit organisations (UnLtd, The Bridgespan Group, Leaders’ Quest Foundation, Population Services International).

Marta is a Spanish national, though her career spans several countries and cultures, and is motivated by a desire to reduce inequality and create meaningful positive impact on people’s lives. 

Marta was the Vice-chair of FPA, a leading UK-based sexual health charity, and is currently a Trustee and Treasurer of TPI, a global non-profit organisation enabling SDG-focused partnerships across sectors.
