Olivia Hanrahan-Soar is an Associate with Social Finance’s Impact Incubator. She works on community sponsorship of refugees, developing and scaling the programme to allow community groups across the UK to welcome and help integrate Syrian refugees. Prior to joining Social Finance, she spent two years at LeapFrog Investments, an impact investment fund focusing on microfinance in emerging markets; here she worked in marketing, strategy, and portfolio engagement in Tanzania. She began her career in marketing at Google in Ireland. She holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, a Master in International Affairs from Columbia SIPA, and a BA from the Queen’s College, Oxford.
