Tanveer Sian
Tan joined Social Finance as a graduate analyst in 2017.
He currently sits in the Impact Incubator team focusing on Drive and our Violence Impacting Young People programme, where he manages our work co-designing a hyperlocal strategy to protect young people from violence in partnership with local communities in Manchester.
Tan has primarily specialised in delivering change for young people, including through Leaving Well, a digital tool designed to support young people leaving care, and the Maximising Access to Education programme.
