Tim is Interim Director for the Essex Social Impact Bond (SIB), overseeing the contract with Action for Children for MST provision in Essex and liaising with County Council social care services. Tim is a qualified psychiatric nurse, with clinical experience in adult mental health services and substance misuse services. He has worked at Board level in commissioning and provider organizations. From 2002 to 2012 Tim was executive Director of Children’s Services and Nursing for Cambridgeshire & Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust (CPFT). Whilst at CPFT, Tim was involved with and supported the development of multisystemic therapy services (MST). Since 2012, Tim has worked as an independent healthcare consultant with project assignments for Cambridge University Health Partners, CPFT, the Health Foundation, Camden & Islington NHS FT, and NHS London. Tim has a Masters in Social Research, and a Masters in Health & Social Care Management. Tim is also chair of Blue Smile, a children’s charity in Cambridgeshire, which provides therapy and support for primary school age children.
