The Analyst Programme
The Analyst Programme will open for new applicants in spring 2024.
Over the course of three years, we’ll equip you with the technical and transferable skills to develop as a leader for social change.
You’ll have the opportunity to work across a number of areas, gaining diverse experience within different teams and social issues. You’ll acquire a range of skills through working with colleagues from a variety of backgrounds.
Watch this video to hear from previous participants about what it’s like to be on The Analyst Programme.
The training and rotations in different teams familiarise us with the most pressing challenges in society and stimulate critical thinking. And the people and the support structure here is amazing – from day one, everyone is there to help you.
