Sir Ronald Cohen is a preeminent international philanthropist, venture capitalist, private equity investor, social innovator, and vanguard of the global impact investing revolution.

Louise Savell is a Director and co-founder of Social Finance and jointly leads our International team. She advises governments, philanthropies, investors and service providers on the design and delivery of social development programmes, and co-developed the impact bond approach in 2008.

Toby co-founded Social Finance in 2007. Having led teams to deliver some of Social Finance’s most pioneering work, including the world’s first Social Impact Bond, Toby’s focus now is developing and building out new areas of impact.
