Modern Slavery Act
Social Finance is committed to the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and the abolition of modern slavery and human trafficking.
Whilst we do not meet the criteria set out in the Act for reporting purposes, we undertake the following voluntary actions to ensure compliance with these principles:
- We carry out due diligence on all our clients, partners and suppliers to ensure compliance with the Modern Slavery Act and so that we know who we are working with.
- We ensure staff are made aware of the Modern Slavery Act and any actions we plan to undertake in reference to it.
- We implement responsible recruitment policies.
- Where relevant, we ensure the principles of the Act are considered and complied with in the projects we undertake.
