Alice Crampton
Alice is a Project Manager in the IPS Grow team working across a variety of projects and workstreams, most recently supporting the Connect to Work contract.
Alice is a Project Manager with a background in Occupational Psychology and a focus on Mental Health.
She moved to IPS Grow from NHS England where she worked on Perinatal Mental Health, Neighbourhood Mental Health, Early Intervention in Psychosis, and IPS – where she supported the bid for expansion of IPS for serious mental illness (SMI) services across England.
