Amelia Willett
Amelia leads service delivery and quality at IPS Grow. Her role is to ensure that services and systems across all regions and contracts benefit from an integrated, high-quality IPS Grow offer.
Amelia joined Social Finance in 2022, initially supporting the expansion of IPS in drug and alcohol services. She now leads service delivery for IPS Grow. Her IPS career spans England and Australia across mental health, primary care, drug and alcohol, and homelessness services. She is driven by a core belief that everyone deserves the right to work, and the desire to see all IPS services in England thriving.
