Angus Kerr

Angus joined Social Finance in 2022, bringing deep experience in health and social care — particularly in research and embedding the voluntary and community sector into service transformation. He has led research and service development across cancer services, housing, and youth homelessness.
Angus is especially interested in building resilient health systems that empower communities, an approach informed by his MSc in Systems Thinking Practice from Cranfield University.
Angus led the creation of the first Neighbourhood Transformation Fund with Macmillan Cancer Support, using outcomes-based social investment to fund preventative health services in Hertfordshire.
