Ankita Saxena

Ankita joined Social Finance as an Associate in May 2021 and worked as a Manager for two years before being promoted to Associate Director in 2024.
She is an experienced project manager and has led on a range of significant projects including an adult skills review for a local authority in London, and research with a major UK bank determining how lenders could help improve the private rented sector..
As part of the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC) Changing Futures programme, Ankita supported 15 areas in the UK to deliver systems change for people experiencing multiple disadvantages including homelessness, substance misuse, domestic abuse, contact with the criminal justice system, and mental health issues.
Before joining Social Finance, Ankita spent three years as a strategy consultant at EY-Parthenon, where she conducted over 20 strategy and due diligence projects on behalf of funds, academic institutions and corporates.
Outside of work, Ankita is a published poet and performer, committed to broadening access to the arts for people from under-represented and diaspora background.
