Audrey Tipson

Audrey joined Social Finance in 2025 after working in the charity sector directly supporting unpaid dementia carers. Through this work, she developed a comprehensive understanding of the multitude of challenges facing unpaid carers and the people they support in navigating health, benefits, housing, and social care systems to meet their needs.
Passionate about multi-agency coordination, Audrey led on stakeholder management and bringing services together in the borough to ensure patients and carers were well informed and able to access all available support.
Audrey also previously worked in academic research at the London School of Economics where she focused on gender and care. At Social Finance, she now brings her past academic and front line experiences and insights to her role in an effort to support impactful work that is grounded in real-world applicability.
