Billie is an experienced design leader with a passion for applying research and design to tackle complex challenges and drive lasting social change.
Billie joined Social Finance in November 2024, bringing two decades of experience in research, service design and product design — working across government, healthcare, and the private sector.
Since joining Social Finance, Billie has been focused on how we leverage HCD across the organisation to drive positive outcomes, alongside delivering work within our Children & Young People, and Health & Social care impact areas.
