Charlotte Green

Charlotte joined Social Finance in 2026 and is a key contributor to delivering high quality data, strengthening analytical capability and building a smooth user experience for Individual Placement and Support (IPS). Charlotte’s career has focused on mental health, data quality and equality having worked in various roles across NHS organisations. 

At NHS England, Charlotte played a key role in the launch of the Mental Health Support Teams for children and young people and the national data quality improvement programme. She also drove improvements in EDI at the London Ambulance Service, with a focus on equality reports and reasonable adjustments for staff. 

Charlotte is passionate about using data-driven approaches to shape strategic direction and outcomes. She fosters an environment that allows people to bring their full selves to work and appreciates how diversity can lead to a more successful and satisfying workplace.
