Christina Adeosun-Oyekunle
Christina serves as the IPS Grow Regional Lead for the East of England, working alongside Victoria Brown. In her role, she leads provision across the northern area of the region.
Christina joined IPS Grow in February 2026 as an Employment Specialist and was subsequently promoted to Team Lead within the SMI service. She brings over ten years of experience delivering welfare-to-work programmes across the charity sector and local government. Christina is deeply committed to supporting individuals into meaningful employment that enhances overall wellbeing and quality of life.
