Danika Jenner
Danika is a Regional Support Lead at IPS Grow covering London and the East of England. She supports IPS Teams across both regions to improve service delivery and support more people with severe mental health conditions into meaningful and lasting employment.
Danika joined Social Finance in 2025. She started working in the employability sector in 2020 and transitioned into IPS in 2023 helping to mobilise a Primary Care service in Essex.
In her current role as a Support Lead, Danika supports IPS Services across London and the East of England by working closely with teams to deliver tailored, high-impact technical support. Her role focuses on improving service delivery and outcomes for clients.
