David Venables

David joined the IPS Grow team in 2024 as a Regional Lead for the North. Prior to joining IPS Grow, he managed IPS services within SMI and Primary Care after eight years in leadership roles in the drug and alcohol sector. 

He is passionate about expanding access to the IPS model while improving employment outcomes and embedding it within wider workforce and health strategies.
