Dominic Burrows is a project manager within the IPS Grow team and is currently working on projects related to contract mobilisation and race equity.
Dominic joined Social Finance in 2025, bringing fresh insight into how project and programme management could be approached within the team.
He has spent most his career in local government and has built a wealth of experience in a variety of roles, including work within local government transformation and building and running a social lettings agency.
