Fabiana Palombo

Fabiana joined Social Finance in 2025 as an IPS Grow Regional Lead in London.

As part of her role, she works closely with IPS services, providing practical, tailored support to help teams strengthen service delivery. Fabiana also leads IPS Fidelity Reviews, using them as collaborative improvement tools to identify strengths and develop action plans that enable services to support more people with SMI or substance misuse into paid work.

Alongside service support, she works with commissioners, NHS partners, and the Office for Health Improvement and Disparities (OHID) to create the conditions for high-quality IPS to thrive.

Prior to joining Social Finance, Fabiana worked in marketing across the FMCG and charity sectors before transitioning to the IPS team at Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL), where she gained frontline experience supporting people with SMI into meaningful employment.
