Fergus Hamilton
Fergus Hamilton is a Senior Analyst who focuses on improving education and employment outcomes for disadvantaged people.
Fergus was Lead Analyst on a London Borough of Hounslow project to redesign Supported Internship services for young people with learning disabilities., He also worked with a team supporting seven services across the Midlands and South-East delivering employment support to people with additional barriers to work, including severe mental illness and learning disabilities.
Fergus has also helped the Henry Smith Charity coordinate a charitably funded network of independent advocacy charities working with people with learning disabilities and/or autism and was Lead Researcher on a project to identify equitable employment outcomes for care workers, funded by the Joseph Rountree Foundation.
