Finn Miller-Musset

Prior to joining Social Finance, Finn worked at Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust, where he held both frontline and leadership positions within IPS services.

As an IPS Team Leader, he was responsible for supporting Employment Specialists, overseeing service delivery and driving quality improvement initiatives. He played a significant role in reviewing and improving operational processes, helping teams strengthen adherence to IPS fidelity standards while improving service efficiency and client outcomes. He worked closely with colleagues and stakeholders to implement service improvements, support staff development and create systems that enhanced performance monitoring, quality assurance and readiness for future fidelity reviews.

Before moving into leadership, Finn worked as an IPS Employment Specialist, supporting people with mental health conditions and other barriers to employment to find and sustain competitive work. During this time, he established a reputation as one of the highest-performing Employment Specialists within Mersey Care, achieving the highest levels of job starts and job sustainment across the service. His success was built on strong employer engagement, effective partnership working with clinical teams, a person-centred approach to support and a deep commitment to the principles of the IPS model.
