Fiona Johnson

With over 20 years’ experience in Early Years Management and Wellbeing Life Coaching, Fiona brings a strong background in supporting individuals to achieve positive, sustainable outcomes. Her work has focused on developing and delivering person-centred approaches that improve wellbeing, build confidence, and create pathways into employment.
In her current role, she is responsible for leading and supporting IPS services across the North, working collaboratively with partners to embed high-quality provision and drive continuous improvement. She is particularly passionate about the IPS model and its ability to create meaningful employment opportunities, and she is committed to supporting teams to deliver impactful, person-led services that make a lasting difference in people’s lives.
