Flippa Watkeys

Flippa Watkeys is IPS Grow Regional Lead for the South West and recently set up and ran an IPS service in Plymouth. She has worked in the NHS in a variety of mental health roles for over 30 years. Flippa has a clinical background as an Occupational Therapist and has also worked in strategic level posts.
