Gareth Hayes is IPS Grow Regional Manager for the Midlands and the East. He has an extensive background supporting people with substance misuse experiences, mental health issues or disabilities to find meaningful and lasting work.
Prior to joining Social Finance in 2022, Gareth worked for Intuitive Thinking Skills, as a Specialist in Senior Employment and IPS Employment.
