Harry joined Social Finance as an Associate in 2022, before being promoted to a Manager in 2024. In his time at Social Finance he has worked on and led a range of projects across mental health and children’s social care, always with a data and digital focus. He has used his expertise in local government, having worked at Bristol City Council for 4 years before Social Finance, to forge strong partnerships with local authority partners, central government departments, ICB’s and charities such as Barnardo’s and the Wellcome Trust.

He has extensive experience in leading the development of multiagency platforms to improve safeguarding for young people. He has supported the development of such tools in Bristol, Stockport, Leeds, Hounslow and Liverpool. He is now working with central government to produce Data Standards to allow for the creation of national digital safeguarding infrastructure and to reduce barriers for local authorities to develop local solutions.
