Hazel Ramogi

Hazel joined Social Finance in 2025 through the TAP programme after graduating from the University of Warwick. Prior to this, she worked at Essex County Council, supporting both adult and children’s social care teams, and at Tower Hamlets Law Centre, where she assisted the immigration team.
Since joining Social Finance, Hazel has helped develop a data toolkit aimed at improving standardisation and fostering collaborative learning within the UK’s perpetrator intervention sector. She has also supported the design of learning strategies to strengthen service delivery across existing Drive sites, contributing to the national rollout of the Drive Project.
Through her professional experience and academic research, Hazel has developed a strong understanding of systemic issues relating to race and gender equity, which she seeks to apply across her work at Social Finance.
