Holly is the Quality Manager for IPS Grow, focused on driving quality across IPS delivery.
Holly joined IPS Grow as a Regional Lead in 2023 and became Regional Manager for the East in 2024, bringing over 16 years’ experience delivering IPS as an Employment Specialist and Team Leader.
She is passionate about a system-led, collaborative approach to improve client outcomes and strongly believe in IPS’s power to transform lives.
