Jan Hadfield

Jan Joined Social Finance as part of the IPS Grow Team in March 2021 as a Regional Lead for the Southwest. She spent a couple of years as the Business Manager for IPS Grow, but her passion for working with the IPS services, saw Jan return to the Regional Lead role she loves. 

Prior to joining the IPS Grow team, Jan supported the set up of the IPS Service within Secondary Mental Health in Herefordshire, wearing many different hats at that time, including ES and TL roles. During this time she was able to gain a wide understanding and experience of the value and impact of good fidelity and how that support the client. Jan’s previous roles include training, assessing and IQA, managing a Traineeship programme for NEET’s and managing a playgroup. Jan has found that her previous roles have provided her with a wealth of skills and knowledge, to support development, training, performance and quality, whilst remembering that everything she does is to support the IPS client.
