Jenni Bates

Jenni joined Social Finance as the Salesforce Administrator and Analyst at IPS Grow in February 2026, supporting the development, enhancement and day-to-day management of the organisation’s Salesforce platform. She works closely with colleagues to design user-focused solutions, improve processes, deliver reporting and insights, and ensure data is used effectively to support decision-making across the IPS Grow programme.

Before joining Social Finance, Jenni worked at Think Ahead, supporting the delivery and evaluation of its flagship programme, which trained Adult Mental Health Social Workers. Through this role, she gained first-hand experience of the importance of data, reporting and evaluation in understanding programme performance and demonstrating impact.

Jenni is passionate about helping organisations make better use of data and insights to understand their impact, identify opportunities for improvement, and ultimately support more people into sustainable employment and improved wellbeing.
