Jess joined Social Finance in 2026 as a Project Manager in IPS Grow. Her career has been mostly within the NHS, focusing on mental health.
She previously worked at NHS England in the national mental health policy team. At NHS England, Jess led on programmes to support people living with severe mental illness, including Individual Placement and Support, Eating Disorders and Community Mental Health Waiting Times.
Jess most recently worked on the National Maternity and Neonatal Investigation with a focus on family and stakeholder engagement, ensuring that people with lived experience are at the centre of the work that she does.
