Joe Buckman
Joe Buckman is an IPS Grow Senior Workforce Lead for the North of England, helping services to expand their workforce by providing specialist IPS recruitment, onboarding and training support.
Joe started his career in the environment sector before moving into IPS supported employment as an Employment Specialist and Team Leader.
Joe brings key skills around engagement and facilitation into a role requiring the building of strong partnerships and coaching and mentoring. He enjoys the collaborative nature of the role, and being a part of a growing sector that is having a huge positive impact on people’s lives.
