John Rowe

John Rowe joined Social Finance as a Fidelity Assurance Lead for the Connect to Work programme in July 2026. Prior to this, he worked as an Employment Specialist at Livewell Southwest for two years after discovering and developing a passion for the IPS model during an Occupational Therapy placement. 

John brings over 10 years of experience in the health and social care sector, alongside previous experience in the hospitality industry. 

John is passionate about the continuous development and improvement of services, with a particular focus on increasing accessibility and ensuring that support is delivered effectively and in line with best practice. He is committed to fostering a culture of reflection, shared learning, and innovation to strengthen outcomes for both services and the people they support.
