Julia Ertl
Julia is a Fidelity Assurance Lead within IPS Grow, bringing her frontline IPS experience to support services across the UK to deliver high-quality, person-centred employability support. Julia is passionate about practical improvement, coaching, and helping teams feel confident in delivering strong outcomes.
Julia joined Social Finance in July, 2026. She brings strong frontline IPS delivery experience from her work as an Employment Specialist, supporting people in drug and alcohol recovery to secure and sustain meaningful employment.
Previously, Julia worked in employability and business development roles at Reed In Partnership, where she led stakeholder engagement for the Connect To Work bid in South Yorkshire and developed new referral partnerships for the Work & Health Pioneer programme. She was recognised with the ‘Social Butterfly’ Award for generating the highest number of referrals in Yorkshire and Derbyshire.
