Karuna Menon
Karuna is an Associate at Social Finance, where she primarily works on initiatives that expand and strengthen the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) workforce across England. Her role combines data analysis, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement to design and deliver solutions.
Karuna joined Social Finance in 2023, bringing an academic background in Political Science and International Development, alongside prior experience in non-profit project management.
She predominantly contributes to the IPS Grow team, where she plays a key role in developing and executing initiatives aimed at supporting, expanding, and enhancing the IPS workforce across England. Karuna collaborates with both internal and external stakeholders to drive these efforts. Her core expertise includes research, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
Prior to joining Social Finance, she spent three years at a New Delhi-based non-profit dedicated to knowledge and cultural production among marginalized communities.
