Kate Allsopp
Kate is an IPS Grow Support Lead for the Midlands.
Kate supports IPS NHS services within SMI and Drug and Alcohol services under the OHID contract. Her role is to provide support on-site and via MST to help services apply and embrace the IPS fidelity model. Having previously worked as an Employment Specialist and Senior Employment Specialist she understands the impact IPS has on people lives.
