Kat supports the senior execs with their busy schedules as well as being a part-time member of the HR team. Kat is always happy to help anyone who needs support in any area of their work.
Kat joined Social Finance in the HR team on a part-time basis in 2024, but soon identified a much bigger need and was keen to share her experience to help support the wider senior team; Kat became a full-time member of Social Finance in January 2025.
With over 20 years experience as an Executive Assistant in the corporate world in various different locations, Kat wanted to become part of an organisation that makes a difference for more than just the shareholders. Kat has been a unique addition to the Central Team and thrives on supporting execs to be able to be their best at work and building strong networks with as many people as possible.
