Kiran Dulay
Kiran Dulay is a Service Design Manager within the Human-Centred Design practice at Social Finance. She focuses on identifying and prioritising service improvements, supporting better decisions about how services are shaped and delivered, and co-designing solutions that respond to real-world needs.

Before joining Social Finance in January 2025, Kiran worked in fast-growing start-ups, a global technology consultancy, and a design and research agency, with work spanning the humanitarian sector, transportation, and funding programmes.
Throughout her career, she has improved existing services, developed solutions from idea to launch, and championed the voice of users and communities across a range of impact areas.
Kiran holds an MA in Service Design from the Royal College of Art.
