Kowsar Ahmed
Kowsar Ahmed works in the IPS Grow team as an Analyst in the Delivery and Quality workstream. She works on internal and external projects to quality assure processes within the team and the work that IPS Grow delivers.
Kowsar has worked on race equity projects and has led service engagement to feed into the creation of national guidance.
Prior to joining Social Finance in 2025, she worked at the Centre for Evidence and Implementation on evaluation projects for children and young people’s programmes across the UK.
For her Masters thesis in Global Health and Development, Kowsar researched SMI cohorts’ social outcomes in specialist supported housing. She has a keen interest in the social determinants of health and interventions that target multiple domains of deprivation.
Kowsar is also motivated by using approaches in research and projects that embed equity and ensure transformative outcomes for the communities they aim to serve.
